This place is surrounded by water and particularly beautifully
located between the Baltic Sea, an own lake and adjacent
ponds in the ‘Schwansen’ territory.Schwansen is a peninsula
that is bordered by the Eckernförder Bucht in the south, the
Baltic Sea in the east and the Schlei in the north. A perfect
spot to ease one’s mind and relax superbly. The landscape
with its rolling hills, which were formed by the ice age, as well as the sleepy seaports and typical thatched cottages spreads an unique charm. Big estates with its mansionsand gate lodges are also charateristic for Schwansen and, up to today, they are still being owned predominantly by old established families.
